• King Nebuchadnezzar took special things from God’s temple and some young 
  men, including Daniel, to Babylon to learn and work for him. 
• Daniel knew the king’s food was not what God wanted him to eat, so he asked to 
  eat vegetables and drink water instead. 
• After ten days, Daniel and his friends looked healthier than the others. 
• God was pleased with Daniel and his friends for obeying Him and made them
